Dual Layer Ice Bowl
The Dual Layer Ice Bowl attachment is a new type of dual layer bowl with cooling agent in between the bowl layers. When this bowl is chilled in the refrigerator for a few hours and brought out to use..the bowl can maintain the cold temperature of around 4-10C for up to 4 hours! This is essential for whipping cream to ensure cream peaks perfectly and also maintain the temperature of dough when kneading it.
